The Artificial Intelligence National Laboratory (MILAB) held its Symposium on June 15, 2023. Attendees were able to participate in person or online and enjoy a full day of technical presentations given by MILAB project researchers, representatives from partner institutions coordinated by MILAB, and experts from other national labs.

Gábor Érdi-Krausz, the National Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence led by HUN-REN SZTAKI and the coordinator of the Hungarian hub of Gaia-X, represented our institute at the FIWARE Summit 2023 conference in Vienna. At the conference, a special place was given to the round table of the representatives of the V4 countries of the Gaia-X European data sharing platform, as well as Austria and Germany, in which Gábor presented Hungary.

The informal summer meeting, held between 8 and 10 August 2023, will bring together internationally renowned Hungarian researchers working abroad, who will present tutorials, while Hungarian young researchers are presenting shorter talks, posters and ideas, with many informal activities.

Vera Könyves (researcher at SZTAKI) attended the GPU Day 2023 event, themed "Massive parallel computing for science and industrial applications," held at the Wigner Research Centre for Physics.
