MILAB participated in the Stipendium Hungaricum event

The Tempus Public Foundation organised the International Conference of Stipendium Hungaricum Partners in Budapest on 20-22 November 2023. In the conference programme, a special place was given to the presentation of Hungarian higher education institutions and scientific research institutions, such as the Hungarian National Laboratories. Two national laboratories, the Artificial Intelligence National Laboratory and the National Laboratory of Autonomous Systems, both lead by HUN-REN SZTAKI, were also introduced at the event.

Artificial Intelligence National Laboratory Hosts 2-Day Autumn Professional Event In Collaboration With The University Of Warwick

November 13-14, 2023 – The Artificial Intelligence National Laboratory (MILAB), coordinated by the HUN-REN Institute for Computer Science and Control (HUN-REN SZTAKI), hosted its autumn professional day. Researchers from the University of Warwick (UK) also presented at the event. The purpose of the event was the mutual introduction of MILAB and the University of Warwick (a member of the Turing Scheme), the presentation of research projects, and the exploration of joint research opportunities.

Októberben a HiSchool Alapítvány szervezésében két alkalommal is megrendezték az ország egyik legnagyobb Középiskolás Pályaválasztási Fesztiválját, a HiFesztet. A HUN-REN SZTAKI által vezetett Mesterséges Intelligencia Nemzeti Labortóriumból (MILAB) Érdi-Krausz Gábor projektkoordinátor beszélt többszáz középiskolásnak és tanáraiknak a mesterséges intelligenciáról, a MILAB-on belüli kutatásokról, valamint a technológia adta lehetőségekről.

MILAB also participated in the KNBSZ conference on Artificial Intelligence

After nearly three years of research and editing, the Centre for Innovation and Research of the Military National Security Service (MNSS) published its book "A Comprehensive Study of the Impact of Artificial Intelligence and Other Disruptive Technologies" in September 2023. To launch the book, the KNBSZ organised a two-day conference on 4-5 October 2023, at the Ludovika National University of Public Service.
