The event, organised by the AI Coalition, was held at two venues and included scientific demonstrations in the Innovation and Demonstration Space of the SZTAKI, in addition to the BME.

In the Innovation and Demo Space (IDS), some of SZTAKI’s most recent research and development results were presented and demonstrated. SZTAKI is part of the Eötvös Loránd Research Network (ELKH).

Experts from the National Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence (MILAB) also participated in the Transylvanian Hungarian Digital Days 2022, which took place between 24-25 March 2022.

The Selye Digital Day focused on the key issues of the digital switchover affecting all sectors.

A two-day workshop was held at the ZalaZone automotive test track 2022 between 7-8 April 2022.

Within the framework of the National Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence (MILAB) project coordinated by SZTAKI, researchers at the University of Szeged have developed and made freely available the HuSpaCy Hungarian language analysis system, which is already working with resource requirements and integrability for industrial use.

On 23 March 2022, the Ministry of Information and Technology and the Hungarian Embassy in Berlin presented the national laboratories, including the Autonomous Systems National Laboratory (ARNL) and the Artificial Intelligence National Laboratory (MILAB), coordinated by SZTAKI, to the German public.

On the afternoon of 9 March 2022, a delegation from the British Embassy Budapest arrived at SZTAKI to learn more about the Institute's operations and to take a closer look at the activities of the national laboratories coordinated by SZTAKI, the Autonomous Systems National Laboratory (ARNL) and the Artificial Intelligence National Laboratory (MILAB).

On 28 January 2022, the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM) and the Digitális Jólét Nonprofit Ltd. organised an exhibition entitled Artificial Intelligence and Technology at the ZalaZone test track in Zalaegerszeg. Artificial Intelligence National Laboratory and the National Laboratory for Autonomous Systems, coordinated by SZTAKI, both also participated in the exhibition.
