At the event "The role of the EDIH network in economic development", HUN-REN SZTAKI, coordinator of MILAB, also represented itself with scientific demonstrations. The demonstrations were also visited by Szabolcs Szolnoki, Deputy State Secretary for Technology of the Ministry of Economic Development.
The Tempus Public Foundation organised the International Conference of Stipendium Hungaricum Partners in Budapest on 20-22 November 2023. In the conference programme, a special place was given to the presentation of Hungarian higher education institutions and scientific research institutions, such as the Hungarian National Laboratories. Two national laboratories, the Artificial Intelligence National Laboratory and the National Laboratory of Autonomous Systems, both lead by HUN-REN SZTAKI, were also introduced at the event.
November 13-14, 2023 – The Artificial Intelligence National Laboratory (MILAB), coordinated by the HUN-REN Institute for Computer Science and Control (HUN-REN SZTAKI), hosted its autumn professional day. Researchers from the University of Warwick (UK) also presented at the event. The purpose of the event was the mutual introduction of MILAB and the University of Warwick (a member of the Turing Scheme), the presentation of research projects, and the exploration of joint research opportunities.
